I look like who????

Heylo all... I don't have much to say today. But I missed y'all so I had to come show some love. Hope all is well in your area. It's a Saturday evening and I am watching the reruns of Housewives of Atlanta. It is one of the very few reality shows that I will watch occasionally. It's a cool show I guess. It's just not a show I'll set my DVR for, but it is a bit entertaining the least I will say. Wives need to be taken out of all these "Wives" shows I'm just saying. I guess I'm just not a huge reality show fan. I want the writers to come back with some real television shows that I can watch. It's nothing but drama and and I guess I'm so anti-drama I prefer other. Any who I'm looking at Kandi and still trying to figure out why people say we look alike. I've been getting that for about a year now. Someone even walked up to me in some club in ATL and asked was I her cousin. Before I knew her last name I said "Who is Kandi?" She's a beautiful woman, but I just do not see it. Maybe it's that we both have these wide smiles. So what do you think?

Trick or treat or not...

Good evening good evening my fellow peoples. How have you been? I'm awesome by the way. Preparing for my big move but that is another subject. So I have this debate for a few years now. Who proclaimed Halloween as the devil's holiday? As a kid I could never go trick or treating... well maybe twice. Moms is an evangelist and that was so out of the question. On the real though all I wanted was some candy and run around the neighborhood at night with the big kids. I even made an event out of it; eating popcorn and candy watching scary movies. To dress up in different outfits was fun. How many days out the year can you dress up for fun. Or as an adult dress "hoochiefied" and get away with it lol ;). I don't celebrate the evilness that is usually associated with the day. I just wanted to have fun and eat bunches of candy you know like those candycorns that get stuck all up in your teeth. Now as an adult maybe dress a little foolish lol. Even with kids of my own what's wrong with a princess outfit and eating candy????  Who can answer that question for me?

Come along for the ride!

Heeeeey y'all. How was your Sunday? Mine was a blessing thank you very much. Hope yours was as well. So look what I am going to do. I am going back to school to get my MFA (Masters in Fine Arts) with a concentration in acting. This is not an easy road but I'm willing to do it and I want you to ride with me to my audition. Auditions take place at the top of the year CA, NY and Chicago. Sooooo I have a good four months to prepare. In doing this I hope that it will give you the motivation or desire to go for your dreams and goals. So I hope that you enjoy what you see and it may inspire you.

Money, booty blah blah it's all in the same!

So watching the recent episode of "Single Ladies" Which I am absolutely in love with by the way, made a very interesting point. Lisa-Raye's character Keisha was offered 10Gs to sleep with a man. Sooooo her male co-worker points out that some women allow some men to spend money on them prior to sleeping with them oooooor they sleep with a man to get that trip, pair of shoes or whatever. So is it really contradictory to accept money prior to sleeping with them even though you know you are going to do it anyway?

Then there is the other point of a man is going to spend but so much before he begins to expect to have sex with you. But is not courting about dating and doesn't dating cost money? Now if you accept the advances knowing that you are not going to do anything with him your fault or his? I think it is a pretty weird situation all the way around if you ask me. But hey what do I know.

Personally, I've never slept with a man expecting anything on monetary value and I rarely ever accept anything from a man regardless. See my reasoning is certain things are meant for certain situation. If we were a couple then doing for each other is ok. But since we are in the beginning stages don't expect anything from me and I wont expect anything from you. But if you just so happen to purchase something for me or I decide to have sex with you then so be it. We are both grown so deal with it and stop judging, analyzing and getting on my nerves about it LMBO!

Well you don't say

Good Evening good people. Was your evening as hot and sticky as mine? Well I decided to act on my woman's intuition today. I tell you one thing a woman's intuition is a female dog. I'd been talking to this guy for about a month now I guess. I don't know but anyway. I was sooooo caught up in the conversation that... well the fact that I was enjoying the male conversation that I ignored what I felt from day one. So I sent a text and asked. "Do you have a significant other?" Now before you get your lips twisted and your judgement set on didn't see the signs, DUH. NO I DID NOT because I'm some what of a different breed. I didn't call him he didn't call me. I text him AFTER he texted me. I wasn't eager to go out with him buuuut when we did hang I was so caught up in the moment everything else did not matter. So I just lived in the moment. Not talking to him was okay with me. Not seeing him was okay with me. When I saw him it was just us. That's why I say I'm a different breed. I wasn't sweating the "QT" factor.

But Lord behold yeah he does have someone. Which you are right about one thing. He wasn't going to tell me LOL. But something kept telling me Yooooo O.T. this dude is married. I guess I just didn't want to acknowledge that knot in my stomach. What is up with these married or "committed" dudes still getting at females like they not going home to someone at night? I mean maybe I just have a different integrity about myself but I do not share. So now I'm like dag aight back to the drawing board lol.

Moral of the story ladies if you think it is true... it is! Fellas if you decided to have a "main" chick please keep walking past me and the rest of the big booties and tatas that past you. Trust it comes back 100 fold.

Happy Sunday morning to you! How is your Memorial Day Weekend going? Mine has been going well thanks. Are you practicing safe acts? You know... No more than 2 shots at at time. No revealing of ALL parts of the body. Eating all you can and partying all night. These are your normal memorial day activities. So please abide by all rules! Thanks! LOL.
